Arthritis Care Northern Ireland's Sponsored 'Amble for Arthritis' will take place on Saturday 22nd May.  There are 6 Venues;

Lough Shore Park, Antrim

Lagan Tow Path, Belfast

Craigavon Lakes

Castle Coole, Enniskillen

Newcastle Promenade, and

Portstewart

Each Amble will begin at 11.30am and will have walks of different distances suitable for all people with arthritis.  The Antrim Amble will leave from The Antrim Forum.

Please support us this year by taking part in an 'Amble for Arthritis' near you and help raise much needed funds for Arthritis Care N.I.
